The time has now come to seek nominations for the:
Hartford Citizen of the Year 2009
This person will be honored by the Hartford Lions Club at the Community Honors Celebration along with the Top Ten Graduating Seniors and a Lifetime Achievement Honoree. This year’s celebration will be on May 9th at 3:00 p.m. at the High School Cafeteria. This is our way of saying Thank You to our wonderful community volunteers.
The Lions know that there are community heroes out there and we need your input identifying these folks. Please submit the name of your deserving citizen with a short summary of this person’s accomplishments to:

The submission needs to be received by the Lions Club by April 24, 2009.
Each year following the awards ceremony it is heard that there are many other citizens deserving of recognition and the Lions could not agree more. This is your chance to have your most valuable volunteers recognized.
